Our smokehouse is a "smoke-free" environment. However, you may see small clouds of smoke or smell the Old Hickory Pits burning in our kitchen when we open the doors to remove those tender, hand-rubbed St Louis Ribs, juicy pork shoulders, beef brisket and turkey breast. But that's not all! We make all our side dishes right here at Rudy's to ensure a zesty, fresh accompaniment to your meal.
